    I. THE GENESIS DEVELOPMENT SERIES

    Genesis offers its clients three powerful development series:

    • The Inclusive Leadership Development Series
    • The Team Building Development Series
    • The Diversity & Inclusion Development Series

    Each series will provide your employees with tools and skills that will result in: improved inclusive and/or collaborative behavior; improved communications; and ignited performance. The workshops in each of these series will unleash the under-utilized abilities, creativity and potential, inherent innovation in a diverse workforce.

    The Inclusive Leadership Development Series consists of three (3) one-day experiential development workshops. These powerful workshops are entitled Inclusive Leadership I, II and III - click here to read more.

    The series is designed to help leaders, at all levels, learn how and when to apply seven (7) Inclusive Leadership Tools and twelve (12) Inclusive Competencies. When appropriately used, leaders will be able to leverage the latent talents of a diverse, unempowered workforce into a competitive advantage.

    Your leaders will:

    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce diversity—beyond the typical “race, age and gender focus”; and how the quality of a leader’s inclusive/exclusive conduct, effects an employee’s self-confidence, quality of effort, achievement motivation and job performance
    • Become more conscious of hidden biases, and learn how to diminish and/or eliminate them from their leadership behaviors
    • Learn how to elevate individual and team performance and productivity, from those that have been excluded, or perceived as unable or unwilling to improve
    • Learn how to manage interpersonal conflict and create a harmonious, inclusive and empowering climate where every employee is valued, trusted and respected.

    The Team Building Development Series consists of two (2) experiential development workshops: Building Collaborative Relationships I and II.

    The series is designed to help leaders and employees, at all levels, experientially learn six (6) Collaboration Tools and ten (10) Collaborative Competencies, to help teams maximize their collective talents, innovation and creativity.

    Your employees will:

    • Learn how to deliver empowered performance and function collaboratively in a high-performance team
    • Experientially explore the unique team dynamics of high-performance teams
    • Learn the stages and unique characteristics of high-performance team development
    • Learn the correct utilization and sequence of the interpersonal conflict response modes, to overcome interpersonal conflict and accomplish shared team goals
    • Identify and assess their unique communication styles and learn how to effectively blend that style with the communication styles of others
    • Learn how to confront difficult people in an effective and constructive manner.

    The Diversity and Inclusion Development Series consists of three (3) experiential workshops. The workshops are entitled Empowering a Diverse Workforce I, II and III.

    This series is designed to help employees, at all levels, experientially learn how to apply seven (7) Inclusive Behavior Tools and twelve (12) Inclusive Competencies. As a result, employees will gain a work environment that: maintains a high-level of performance expectations; has a high employee morale level; and is an inclusive work climate for everyone.

    Your employees will:

    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce diversity—beyond the typical “race, age and gender” focus; and how the quality of an employee’s inclusive/exclusive conduct effects the self-confidence, quality of effort, achievement motivation and job performance of another team member
    • Become more conscious of their own biases, and diminish or eliminate their own exclusionary behaviors
    • Learn how to psychologically and emotionally overcome the destructive impact of exclusion, and deliver empowered performance
    • Learn how to resolve interpersonal conflicts and contribute to a harmonious and constructive climate where everyone is valued, trusted and respected.
